lyrics

Your torso of neutralized fireworks

I bought your repackaged silence
Over-the-counterlockwise absenteeism
That embellished sunset in the reflection of several buildings
Like an accusation
Like whispered caveats
I’m quite the biased enthusiast
When it comes you all things you
That
Torso of neutralized fireworks
The way you are with ideas
With what to say, where everyone else it’s about how to say it
I’ve come to an understanding
Your vocal chords house decommissioned songbirds
Forced into retirement
You always have been beautiful and
Miserably altruistic
Those cramped rituals in your chest
words caught up
that satiated lasenger in your throat
that squalid pita bread
and its intended revenge on your gastrointestinal tract
your skin
birthing lubricated bullets
wet crust
you
the weakend flute tore up
before you sing
